Using right and down arrows is essential in getting a good score. 

Game rules: 

1. Losing health is bad. Avoid spike crystals. They can also be in water!
2. Gaining health is good. Eat fish. 1 fish equals 1 hitpoint!
3. Jump and dive back in with down arrow if needed. The terrain is tricky so move those little feet with left and right arrows so you don't get left behind eating dust like the other penguins.
